All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in our Tastefully’s Return Policy. A return may be rejected if such instructions are not strictly adhered to or followed to our satisfaction.

Validity

Our Return Policy lasts 7 days after delivery, please contact us at support@tastefully.com.my within the stipulated period. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Goods that are exempt from being returned include: perishable goods such as fresh food, flowers, etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or seller before getting in touch with us at support@tastefully.com.my. If your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on where you should send your item to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For a valid return, we may as applicable and at our discretion, offer refund (in full or partial), repair, replacement or price reduction as remedies. Upon accepting a remedy from Tastefully, you shall have no further claim against Tastefully as regard to the non-conforming Product. Tastefully reserves the right to reject any requests for refunds, returns or replacements at our sole discretion, including without limitation, where we deem that any transaction is fraudulent or suspect that it is fraudulent.

All refunds will be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that the payment was successfully completed, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds will be made via bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to us. We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.

Tastefully reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund a month after it has been approved by us, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as they may take more processing time than required before officially posting the refund.

If you still do not receive your refund after clarifying with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at support@tastefully.com.my.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tastefully.com.my and we will provide instructions on where you should send your item to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item for exchange.
